It is also depends upon the person and also it varied person
to person, but in general most of the times the women should take
more time than the men because of the more make up and other required
dress . Some rare cases only and very few men would also take some more
time than the women in order to go out for the shopping or function.
Anyway you have to wait till your husband is ready for out, and then you
and your husband together should go out for the shopping or function.
