Have you ever felt like shirking work assigned to you by your boss? When does work become a burden? I have on several occasions felt like it was intimidating. Specially when I was new to a job. I don't know why but I am a nervous starter. I need someone to reassure me and remind me that I am capable and competent at my job. I know my job for sure and I am jolly good at it but why do I make a mess of it so often? Is it anxiety or overconfidence? I have always wanted to know the art of survival in a mundane job. Many of my colleagues are doing well for themselves now because they have persevered and stayed in an organisation for nearly three decades while I have switched jobs by the dozen. Wonder what's wrong with me!

Every work or job has its quirks. I think we all have had instances where we've felt pressured or nervous. It's normal but yes, I feel more anxious, nervous, pressured - whichever, when I am new to a job. I feel like everyone is watching, that's why. There's nothing wrong with you. I think you're probably just one of those people still trying to find your passion.
