How many of your brush your teeth twice morning and night before going to bed?  |

 Many of them neglect their teeth which are more important for us to live. We eat, bite with teeth. What ever we are eating is mostly with the help of teeth. Without tooth we can't eat....one should maintain hygiene of teeth. we should cultivate and even make our children to learn....The one and only thing and the best thing is to brush your teeth properly twice.....even after eating any sticky substances we should pour water in to the mouth rinse them..that's also one way of taking care. We must make a habit of brushing teeth twice per day..by seeing us even our kids are going to follow us. Just if we order them to do they wont accept until we do.....take care of your teeth which are also more important in our life..thank u..happy mylotting.....friends.

As through out the night we keep mouth shut until we get up if there are any food particles left over there are chances of getting infection. I don't know your age. If not immediately in the later age of your life you may get..so better start taking care of your teeth....thank u..... | |

I also brush my teeth if I eat something that gets into my teeth I have to brush them or I have to gargle with mouth wash. On Doctor Oz he even mention that we should be brushing our tongues. So I have to get this special instrument to do that next time I go shopping.

Through out the night we just keep our mouth shut and the left over particles in the mouth will start doing there work. Now we may not see the effect but in the later stages of life they come out....so better to take care and keep our teeth safe..try it once...thank u....happy my lotting...friend..
