How addictive are prohibited drugs?

Heroine, cocaine, methamphetamine, morphine and marijuana are all prohibited drugs that make's one addictive to it. But really, how addictive are these drugs to us? How many times does it take to become psychologically get hooked to it? A friend of who is a former drug dependent jokes to me one day that "it is slightly less addictive than a Starbucks coffee".lol
