Millennium Music: The Lastest and The Greatest Music in the Last 9 Years.

Okay, recently, I have not found music to be as great as it used to be. I am finding it harder and more difficult to find really great music that has been created between the years 2000 to 2009. Two new groups/artists that have proven to be okay are Mika and Owl City, and I know that there are far more than this, but this is just a small example, and I was wondering what kind of Millennium Music everyone on MyLot would recommend?
If anyone has any new music suggestions, does not matter what country they are from, I am willing to take suggestions?

id say the best newer music iv'e heard would be panic at the disco and a perfect circle i know not totally new but i like them.

I know both of those groups. I have a lot of Perfect Circle albums and I inherited Panic at the Disco from my brother.
