Soy milk vs Cow milk

i am fans of soy milk and i really resist to drink cow milk. but some of my friends told me cow milk is better than soy milk. however it is opposite in my mind how about u all thinking? cow milk smell is hard to accept for me.. i think they have almost same nutrient right. and soy milk much better taste than cow milk.
