How to grow up?

Children always think when they can grow up. But it is not easy to grow up. A farmer finished plaughing and had a rest under a tree. A seed felt very upset and did not want grow in the field. The seed thought it is terrible to endure the sun shining and raining. He left the basket and growed under the tree. When autumn came the paddies were mature. But the paddle which growed under the tree was still green. The farmers were busy with make the harvest and no one care about the paddly of green. The paddy do not understant why no more care about it and asked the farmer. The farmer said,'You do not want to meet shining and rain. In the meanwhile you lose the chance of mature.'
