My cat has tape worms

We are going to get her treated, but my question is I have 2 cats and the other one that I'm not sure has it is 5 months old. Should I try and get her treated for it as well although she's not showing any signs of it I think. Please help.

yes, go ahead and get her treated too, they are spread by fleas - actually by the cat swallowing a flea during grooming
