When you are low on cash, What's the first thing to go?

I like to use paper plates, bowls and cups at home. It saves on the dish washing! But when we are low on cash that's the first thing to go! Its not a necessity. Now if things are really bad, I guess the first bill to go is cable.

Here it is real plates and flat ware. Not really allowed to use disposables, and it would bother my conscience. I would also say that cleaning wipes, paper towels and fabric softener sheets could easily disappear.

Hey devideddi! I think that I have no idea what to get rid of
at this point! I don't even use paper plates and don't even have
a dish washer so that can't even help me when trying to decide
what to get rid of! And my cable is hooked up the phone, computer
and tv so if I try to get rid of that big bill I really will have
a major problem since I get a discount on the the bill for having
all the services connected from the one company! I can't think
of anything else to cut at this point! I try to watch the electric
to cut down on that, but that changes from month to month and is
too hard to fighure since the price of electricity goes up and
down each month! I think that is is almost impossible to try
to save money these days and the companies that provide the
services know it and take unfair advantage!

Got rid of cable long ago. My YMCA membership would be next, or eating out.
