how many coffee u would drink in a day?

hi, i addicted to coffee for a long time, each day i wake up, i drink a glass of water, then a cup of instant coffee! at work, i will have 2-3 cups coffee, after dinner i will drink another one . is it too much? i dont know, but besides coffee, i dont know what to drink. i dont really like soft drink, except in very hot days. i dont drink milk.... i dont like English tea. well, what else i should drink, coffee of course!

I can have 4-5 cups of coffee a day before... now that my doctor advise me to refrain from taking coffee i lower it to 2-3 cups a day. i am not suppose to be drinking coffee but i can't help it. Milk is good replacement and i love milk too!
