Google Adsense Service Providers Available

While I was on www.trafficnowfire.com and was earning points by clicking links there. While doing it, I clicked on a site which provides you with google adsense account. They will charge you $8 via PayPal.Once you have completed the order form in their site and made payments, you will get your Google Adsense Account with 5 to 14 days. I shall provide the link to that service site in here. Hope my discussion won;t be deleted LINK:http://www.adsenseservice.info/ I already had one account and it got banned last month.After that, about 4 days ago, I created another account, with my name and address which I used in my previous account which got banned... And two days later, my account got approval, and I placed google ads and it's visible on my blog. I even imported my posts from my previous blogger account to this account and I still see ads on this new blog of mine... A friend of mine from India told me, that when they process payments for me, they might delete my adsense account as I am using the same address which I had used in my previous adsense account... Is this possible? I thought of giving a try coz once I reach the $50, they will send me the PIN CODE.. So let me see if they will ban my account when processing the pin code to me as they will check my address.. Now my question is, has any one tried craeting an google adsense account from that service site I provided above or has any of your friends tried out in that way? If we create an account via them, will the account be BANNED or NOT BANNED for any reason? Guyz.. give in your responses now... I really am looking forward coz I am in a situation where I am not sure if to create more and more new blogs with my new adsense account as I am not sure if they'll ban my account again when they notice my address.... Need you help guys
