how can he find more time to spend with his wife?

spending quality time with wife is important for the health of marriage. like my uncle, he is very busy with his work and hard to find the time to spend with his spouse and children.
hes has recognized that life isnt only about work and relieving the stresses of work
how do he manage to spend more timem with his wife?

I think that with the time that he does have to spend at home, he should plan some of that time as family time and watch a movie together or even watch tv together. He should use that time to plan some family time whether it be just having dinner or playing some games. It's important to not forget about spending time with the children too, but if he just wanted to spend time with his wife, they should go out to eat every once in a while when he has some time. That way, they can catch up with each others' days.
