i heard on the news that they are now saying that you should not do self breast exams because they are a waste of time from us to do and they changed the ages on when you should get tested , because thats what the scientest say , i mean last month they where saying to do them and now they are saying not to . who are they to say what we should do and should not do when it comes to our health . who is still going to do them anyways i will be i mean i been doing it for years and i am in control of my health not no scientests .
