Wow! Got the new/first Kris Allen CD today and I love it. I bought it because I adored Kris on American Idol last season but I really didn't expect much from the album. Just the first-album-after-Idol, assembly line, radio friendly crap that is typical of this sort of thing. I was so wrong! It's pretty awesome. Definitely, if you liked Kris' style on American Idol, you'll like the album.
Did anyone else pick up a copy today? What did you think?

I agree! The album is so much better than I could have ever dreamed and I was a Kris fan from about week 5! My favorite on the album is Bring It Back quickly followed by Written All Over My Face! I am very impressed with all of the songs and can't wait to see what he comes up with next! :)

I think that's about when I got on the Kris bandwagon, too... I was behind Danny Goeke all the way back to Hollywood week but Falling Slowly stole my heart. :)

I heard his album would be coming out soon. I cant wait to hear it, I really loved him on idol and I am happy for him that he won. Can't wait to hear his album
