Who do you think is the craziest European royal in history?

Let's take a break from pondering serious problems in the society and travel back to history. I am spending my free time researching about European history because of my two books to be published about European monarchy and I was shocked to find out that there are several insane royals in history, their madness ranges from being neurotic, psychotic and simply just being crazy and eccentric. The craziest royal I discovered so far is Don Carlos of Spain, son of Philip II (whom the country Philippines had been named). From his birth he was mentally retarded and physically handicapped. He terrorized women, savaged servants and habitually mutilated animals and worst planned to assassinate his father. To the relief of Spain, the Crown Prince, died before he could take over the throne. I think he was the most insane royal in Europe, more insane than his aunt Joanna the Mad, Queen of Castile and other relatives like Isabel of Portugal, Charles VI of France and Alfonso V of Portugal.
