| |  well, I'm from the philippines and we have already our second language here and I guess it is also official which is English. English is widely used so, I think it is the best language to learn.
P.S I think I'm off the question.. well, from the list you have provided. I choose japanese. hahaha, I'm a fan of manga, comic books.. and to be serious I think It'll be best to learn asian language, japanese or korean for I think english is not included on their curriculum except by the way if they are a "language studying student" like you are.
