Do you think real estate has came up like anything in recent years?

Hi,
Realestate have came up like anything.That too in recent years market values n all have shoot up like anything.But still most of the people are ready to accept all those changes.But think about the middle class people.They are highly affected because of this boom.Why is it so guys?
