Do I do too much? lololol! I am laid off and I can't imagine what I did when I was working, how I was able to work and do the things I do now. My day is very busy; I do alot of volunteer work, not to mention, cleaning my house, doing errands, etc.
Some days, I find my self with achy muscles and can't figure out why I have them. Sometimes it's picking heavy objects up, or using my arms in a repitious manner that causes them to hurt.
If the aches don't seem to go away after a day, I actually take an advil, or an alleve, which is great for muscle aches. But it's not something you want to take every day. But usually after only one dose, the pain subsides.

Hello Sweetchariot,
Thank you for your response. Yes, I agree but I get worried about taking to many asprin. The machines are noisy and did try ear plugs but they fall out most of the time. I am on my feet for 7 or more hours. I took many pairs of shoes to find the one that do not make feet ache. I am so glad you volunteer. Where do you help or what do you do? My second job is putting classfied and coupons in the newspapers we fill these bins as newspaper open up underneath to to get filled. Some of the packet can be heavy or they are Target books, Kohls books or Walmart booklets etc...
Have a great day

I know someone who puts those flyers in the newspapers too. I will think of you everything I see those flyers..lol.
I volunteer for my church, and am very involved in it - sometimes it is a full time job by itself. Unfortunately I don't get paid for it.
