Do you do too much? if so how to relief the tireness in your body? Achy joints?

Do I do too much? lololol! I am laid off and I can't imagine what I did when I was working, how I was able to work and do the things I do now. My day is very busy; I do alot of volunteer work, not to mention, cleaning my house, doing errands, etc. Some days, I find my self with achy muscles and can't figure out why I have them. Sometimes it's picking heavy objects up, or using my arms in a repitious manner that causes them to hurt. If the aches don't seem to go away after a day, I actually take an advil, or an alleve, which is great for muscle aches. But it's not something you want to take every day. But usually after only one dose, the pain subsides.
