i usually but my meat at butcher in our local market during weekend but when i'm in a hurry in weekdays, i always end-up buying in grocery stores, those alread packed and slice in deli, so i was thinking is meat from butcher is more healthy than meat form deli stores?

me and my wife do it both ways. there are times when its our schedule to go to the groery then we but meat from there too. plus the things we need. but if we are just in schedule to go to market my wife has also her suki that she buys meat from. fish, chicken, pork and vegetable. what we dont buy at the grocery is rice and eggs. eggs are being delivered to us by order and rice there is a big rice and grain store near us.
