Do you plan something everyday for every tomorow? Or you just let the days to go. May be if there are number of jobs to do on next day, do you plan a work chart? But everybody plans something for the next day. Do you do that? Whom do you give priority while planning for the very next day? Thank you.

Yes, I am always making lists of things to do. I like having my day organized so I know what to expect. I keep my list handy and mark off things as I get them done. I hate leaving things until the last minute. I know my husband is the opposite of me, he likes to leave things until the next minute. Actually I plan the dinner menu for the entire week. I like knowing what I need to buy for the whole week and it has helped me not to overspend on groceries or make any unnecessary trips.

Tonight my husband said to me why don't we wait until Wednesday to clean house so we can get the Christmas stuff out of the shed. I told him between his work schedule, his school schedule and having to cook for Thanksgiving there is no way I want to wait until Wednesday night to do it all. I hate staying up all night to get things done. I told him what I will do is make a list of everything that needs to be done and when I want it done. I think if we break the large task into smaller parts it makes it easier to get things done and it also gives you a sense of accomplishing something rather than saying there is to much to do yet.

Thats great. What i find, most of the people do lead a life in a planned mode. You hate leaving things till last. Thats a great habit, i must confess. Happy mylotting.

I have to plan every day. I have too many irons in the fire not too. I do try to get up an hour before everyone in the morning. That way I have some time to be alone with myself. I tend to be more of a list person. I tried the scheduled and charted thing. All that did was frustrate me because the rest of the world and my life kept interrupting and distorting it. Now I wait and see in the morning how the day looks and work my lists into it.

Life is a very rude theatre. So, we have no way, other than a planned move. Have a great day.

I am not a big planner at all, I don't even know what the next hour will bring let alone tomorrow. I take it day by day and just go with the flow of things. As for work charts are planning a list, that does not sound like something I would ever do. Sure, I did not plan on replying to this discussion but I did

So happy a man you are! No plan, no tension. But how do you manage yourself, once you have multiple assignments? You must make a mental chart at least, i believe.

No plan tension at all. If you are talking about work with multiple assignments, then I just take on what I know I can accomplish either that or delegate, they both work a treat.
