Over the past two years I have been researching healthy foods and what is good for you to eat, and what is not. I have found out many facts that I never had heard before I started searching for answers. For example, did you know that whole wheat bread is not any healthier than white bread? Most "whole wheat" bread is just white bread that has been given color. A package must read "Whole grain" for you to receive the nutritional benefits! Also, you may have heard in the news some cereals are claiming to help combat H1N1 or swine flu... and that is completely bogus and could lead uninformed consumers to not get the medical attention and shots they may need!
