My day-to-day responsibilities sometimes deprived me of one other passion - READING! i haven't read a book these past few days. i have this book which i stated reading and haven't finished yet until now, the book is The Dance of Anger by Harriet Goldhor Lerner, PhD. reading few pages somehow helps me understand the nature of anger, i just regret i have't have enough time yet. I hope i can have enough time to completely cover the whole books and on the process learn from it. i bought this book because i had difficulty controlling my anger at times at a slightest provocation. but finish it i will, this is a very enlightening book.

Hi alexysabelle. Oh, your post reminds me that I have also not read a single page of any book this week. I have been very busy responding to myLot discussions during my free time. myLot is definitely addicting. I think I should include Dance of Anger in my book wishlist. This book will surely help me in containing my anger. I am already 29 yrs old, yet I could still feel hatred/anger against some people who have done bad things to me and my family when I was young. I am ill-tempered and become irritated by the slightest provocation.
