Do you like olives on your sub?  

Olives are not for me although I wish I could eat them. I often gaze at what looks like delicious sandwiches and would love to eat them but I am a very picky eater. I like to eat sandwiches made with lettuce, tomatoes, pickled onions and a little salad cream but no other vegetables and definitely no peppers. I wish I could be like other people and eat everything that is put in front of me, but that's life!

Just black, I can't do green, makes me think they are not ripe or something. The last few times I've omitted the olives, too much salt.

I love both types of olives, but I can't remember ever actually putting green olives on any sandwich other than a tuna fish sandwich. Black olives are so good that I put them on a lot of different things or I can eat them by themselves as long as they are cold. I love black olives on my pizza, on my subs, in tacos, in certain types of potato salad and I make a cold pasta dinner that has black olives sliced up in it. I've even eaten them in spaghetti sauce a few times. I always have a few cans of the black olives in the pantry. I try to keep green olives in the refrigerator, but sometimes they get a little expensive for the larger jars, but with the way my kids eat them, I have to buy the larger size. My son will get a sauce cup and fill it with green olives and eat them by themselves. I mostly like green olives in my salads.

Hey! Beth, Yes, I do like olives on my sub sandwiches. I like green and black.. I even like them in my salads too Yum!!

Usually I am a fan of black olives. I like both, but on subs green ones makes the sub too salty. All for the lots of veggies too. yummy on a just veggie sub!

I love green olives but don't care for the black ones. I never put them on a sandwich but like to put them in potato salad, chicken salad ot just eat them. I'm sure i'd like them on a sandwich just never tried it.

Where I live we call subs "hoagies". I don't put olives on mine since I really don't like eating olives.

I like any kind of olives. Black are my favorite, but green, or the fancy ones are good too...
