When I was younger, we owned a variety store. We sell lots of goodies such as candies, biscuits, chips and toys. We also sell softdrinks and ice candy. I remember that there was such a cracker we called Jacobina. It was square and small. It taste good with Coke. I happened to see a Jacobina in the snack of my colleague. It reminded me of the childhood in Bulacan.

Food can remind us of pleasant childhood memories. Sometimes I will come across something I used to eat as a child. Love those memories!

We also have Jacobina bread in Batangas. I love it. You're correct, it's square and small, tastes sort of like "paborita". But I like it better. We buy it at a bakery called Panaderia Pantoja, which is one of the pioneer bakeries in Batangas.
