I wonder if other countries also have their own version of our own dish. I love adobo, whether it is pork, chicken or squid. yummy.My diet is forgotten.

| |  I remember watching an episode of a magazine show, I'm not sure if it was Jessica Soho's saturday program or Mel and Joey, and they featured Adobo. Then they also featured other countries which have concoted their own versions of Adobo, of course, inspired by the Philippines' Adobo. Some added their own ingredients, some spruced it up a bit but the bottomline is, they loved our Adobo enough to embrace it into their culture.

| |  Filipino Hawaiians invented their own version of adodo, it has pineapple. The only foreign version of Adobo was the Costa Rican Adobo, Replace the soy sauce with tomatopaste and add some onion rings and that's it.
