wondering about adult novelties...

I'm a bit of old fashioned when it comes to s e x. My husband and I come from a different cultural background and he introduced me to a set of ben-wa balls, which I sort of liked. I am now curious into trying a few more toys, but I do not want him to think I am replacing him. I don't know where to buy them onlime, I can't see myself to go to the one and only adult novelty store that is in town. He has been out of town for a week already and I have visited a few online stores but I'm still not sure of what it is that I should try out first. Should I just wait for him to come home, or should I surprise him and say, "hey, I have a little friend joining us next time?"
