|  LET ME FIRST INTRODUCE MYSELF i am an eckist from the ECKANKAR religion the light and sound of god the ancient wisdom teachings the art of soul travel,many people are curious about god many peolpe are curious about dreams,so this is the dream discussion,dreaming truthfully from the universal teachings and knowledge is a spiritual unaware state of outer body movement,the aware state of this movement is know as soultravel,cause u step out of the body knowing that u did,we all have 3 spirits living in us all and 1 soul,the 3 spirits are for the 3 spiritual universes soul travels to when it is either present in the physical world with a physical body,or living in the spiritual worlds living in the spiritual bodies,spirit and soul are not the same,soul is the energy source for the spirits and the physical body, it is the master without it within all the bodies of our one body u cannot move,u cannot think, u r nothing without this energy source,and this energy source called soul is nothing without god,cause god provides the energy for it to move.now soul was sent from the higher worlds by its father to come to the lower worlds on it teachings about suffering,pain,sacrifices,and the true knowledge about the creator of all why?cause when we were in the higher worlds we knew no pain no suffering no sacrifices so we took greatness for granted the creator saw this and created the lower worlds for our lessons on why we were created and for what purpose.that should explain a little of why all the things that are happening are all happening for our knowledge to grow stronger,so back to the dreaming and how it happens,now so we are in the lowest part of the universe called the physical realm,here we have a heavy body to live in this body if u know not how to maintain it can deteriorate quickly hence it brings forth tiredness down upon u quickly and u fin your self in a state called sleep,reenergising the body,this is what happens,if you are not in spiritual traning like many of us whom are then when u lay down to rest whether for an hour or eight,the soul steps out of the body it will only travel to the first universe known as the astral worlds it is already in the astral body so it doesn't have to go there looking r waiting for that body to come to cover it,now the astral universe is far more greater than the physical universe,so seeing that soul still as a body on the physical universe when it travels to this universe it as to do what it went to do quickly,and return to the body because these spiritual worlds have no time,soul doesn't travel alone there is always a guardian there with u who knows exactly the time for u to get back,u are not aware of this and this is why this method of movement is known as dream,the unaware state that u are out and moving,and this is why upon returning u hardly can remember because it was not a physical brain activity happening it was all spirit and souls journey in the spiritual world,now for soul to travel to the other universes it would take initiation into the teachings if u r so ready for it,this might be too deep for u now cause its hard to digest,but worry not when the time is right then nothing can stop u from pursuing the truth,of all truths,it is only through the process of soul travel that u can know and see for your self the creator the many mansions that jesus spoke about, the proof that life goes on after the death of the physical body,all your dreams that you have been getting are for your spiritual growth to become stronger,so while living in the physical u can strengthen that aspect of your life but the dream travel or dreaming that u do is for the growth of your soul power,all the many lives we have lived is stored deep in the memory of soul,so to truthfully remember a dream,u would have to be in close contact with your self spiritually,to understand what was that dream trying to show u,so i know many reading this now look at dreams differently i will give the god discussion in another topic,so if u wanna ask questions ask away or if u wanna know more about dreams and soul travel visit the eckankar website,be confused no more knowledge is power.may the blessings be
