Yes it is safe to give paypal that info. I have been using paypal for several years now. They have my credit card info, my bank info and even my social security number. One thing that you should never do is sign into paypal thru your email, always go directly to paypal and sign in. Also make sure the address says https: the s means secure.

Pay pal is safe. I have had an account with them for a while now. I also have the paypal debit card. I just got mine last week. I haven't used it yet because I do not have any money on it, but as soon as I use it I will let you know how things work out. The site is safe to use when you order things because if the item you order is wrong or if you order on ebay and the person scams you they will help you file the claim to get your money back. I had that happen to me once and they were so helpful.

I have done this before without any problems. I just give my information, and go about my business. if it wasn't safe, millions of people wouldn't be able to do it every day.
