On paranormal shows, which do you prefer?

Reality or series? Which one are you less afraid when watching? Which one do you get more involved in? Which one are you MORE afraid to watch? Of course, some may say it's an easy answer, the reality television shows, but honestly...I do'nt think so. I am sure plenty of people have different answers and I am curious what they are. (;
