what are the other advertising program you use for your blog other than adsense.  

A lot of people is not able to use Adsense, maybe cus they need other payment methods or becouse their website is not accepted. There are some well known alternatives, like for example BidVertiser, Adbrite, Chitika, etc. I think they pay less that Adsense, but if there is not other alternative you should try them. I have not tryed advertising in my website yet, becouse i had never created a very suscessful one.
Why don't you try to set a price and sell advertisement yourself at your site? Good luck!

Since I got banned from adsense,I was really troubled to find any other.But a friend of mine adviced me to go for adbrite which has a pretty good record like adsense.Joining adbrite is quite easier than adsense.Its just a 5 minutes step and you get ads after 3 hours.However their ads are not that targeted and you may result in very few clicks.Try it and tell me.

Adbrite is second bes but have policy like adsense. Their also freekii, bidvertiser, cpm-traffic and many more. Some pay for signup, some pay per click, some pay for showing banner impression.

you can try bidvertiser, it is like google adsense that pays you when someone clicks the ads displayed on your site.

or maybe advertising365. it will pay you just for displaying banners and letting some popup ads on your site.
