losing work benefits because of facebook

It is initially funny to me but come to think of it, should a depressed person pose lonely and drunk and post it in facebook so the insurance will not cut her benefits? Which court of law honors facebook postings as evidence? None I think, so how come her benefits has been cut. Hope she gets justice she deserves and that she gets well

I think that this is ridiculous. First of all, she should not have put those pictures on Facebook, those photos are incriminating, but since she did it, I don't think that she should have lost her benefits over it. Her insurance company had no right to do that to her.
