What will you do,if you find 500 bucks on pavement?????  

If it was just a loose note on the pavement then I would keep it.

If it was in a wallet I would hand it in to a Police station

This question has been asked several times here. In fact, I think someone asks it at least once a week. And the normal answer is to keep it, of course.Money doesn´t not talk to say to whom it belongs. So finders are keepers.
As for me, I bend to pick up even a penny. If I can click at PTC sites for pennies and see how they add up, I feel that a penny is a penny anywhere.

500 rupees and 500 bucks are two totally different things, lol. If I found 500 rupees I would be very happy and would first look around to see if anyone lost it. Yes, that money would go into my pocket and I would walk away.

If it was 500 bucks, as in $500.00; 500 US dollars; five-hundred-dollars; I would probably go crazy and run to pick that up as fast as I could. That is a lot of money and I definitely would not leave that for someone else to pick up. I wouldn't feel safe with so much money in my pocket so I would probably go straight home. . .

five hundred bucks where i come from is definately different - its a hell of a lot of money.
if i found that much money, i would probably hand it in to a police station etc as someone could be really missing it and it wouldnt be just a single note.

if i did find a single note i would keep it. my brother and my friend have both found $50 which is still a lot of money.
its interesting to see how different people react differently to finding money, depending on the amount.

If its in dollars, then it would mean a lot of money, right! then I would seek the owner of it by turning the money to proper authorities. Its not my money and I would not spend it knowing that the owner is suffering right now. I would rather spent a money of my own or buying foods with my hard earn money than buying a very expensive clothes with other peoples money.

I would definitely keep it, but probably give it to my mom or something. Of course, i'd demand she split it with me since it only seems fair :]

I dont think its appropriate to keep such money. Think about the poor soul who lost it! If i find 500 rupee note some where, i will try my best to look for the person who lost it. If i dont find that person then i would donate the money to some chairy organization or something like that.
The last thing to do in such cases is to keep the money with yourself. I believe whatever u do with that money wont be good and there is every chance u will lose some of your hard earned money in the similar fashion. Remember as u sow so shall you reap.

If I did not see who dropped it and there was noone around then I would keep it. If I took it to the police they would not know who it belong to either.

Waw ... how lucky your friend .. apart from sin or not, that money could buy things as much as possible (depending on exchange rate). So, how much about 500 rupees, if we used Indonesian rupiah exchange rate, anyway? Huehehe ....

For me I would not pick it up. I know how annoying it is loosing money and would feel guilty spending that money when someone is sad that he lost his money. Would not pick it at all
