Should Google be Banned for Scam Sites?

Hello Friends,We know on which interest we all are working with Mylot,Exactly "Money". Although we Earn Less from Mylot But we still ensure we get paid from Mylot.But Before this or may be currently we have join many PTC or Bux sites to Earn Extra money,But at the End Period,the site found to be scam site. So You shouldn't think it's the search engine like "Google" Responsibility to Delete such scam proof sites? But Although Google Company is Earning a lot so why they care about its users,Should "Google" or any other search engine providing such scam sites should be Banned? Should Google Be Banned?
