Why is it that, rich people does not want to stop to work?

During my childhood days, I have this question in mind - why are the rich people does not want to stop to work - I tend to notice, that, those people who has everything does not want to take a break from their job. Eventhough, they are on vacation, still, they try to monitor the situation of their business. They will call and check the condition of the office. Thus, those rich people cannot sometimes enjoy their holiday. Is it really a normal behavior that a rich person does not want to stop to work or even to have a great holiday? Is it maybe because they are afraid to face the poverty of life?

Maybe if they stop to work they won't be rich anymore. Working can keep you healthy, but too much work can be bad for your health.

Wealth is something relatively regarded. What seems enough for us might not taken the same way for others. People have different levels of ambitions. In addition to money, a lot is enjoyed from work itself, say the execution of power, the capability to resolve issues, to overcome challenges, etc.
