about ptc site

hai i am working with bux.to ptc site for a long time but i came through some discussion which discouraged that site is scam i am dissaponted please any one tell me is that site really scam one or legitimate?

to say frank they are paying but slowly. it pay take years to reach the payment to your in box.(you can consider it as scam, who would wait years)
