What would you miss most if you were stranded away from civilization?   

i think i would miss my iPod the most, i love it, it's like a baby to me [:
also maybe my laptop...
i wouldn't say i couldn't live without them but i really love them [:

I would miss my cats. They keep me company and they also entertain me with there funny playing.

In the end of all things.. i'd miss my mind the most. I'd probably go batty. On a more serious note i'd miss the same thing I always did when I was in the field back in the army.

When the toilet paper runs out.. like is real.. crappy...

For me it would be music either on a stereo or mp3 player as i dont usually go a day without it and music is my life i listen to it depending on how i feel or even sometimes to make me feel better in some ways music is a wonderful powerful thing.
I think the problem with todays world is that we have become to materialistic and alot of people would be lost without mobile phones etc, now i remember as a teenager that mobile phones were like a futuristic, only rich, posh, business men type object never would we have thought everbody couldnt live without them within a few years! And teenagers and their computers, what happened to going down the woods and playing war with pretend guns! or tree climbing and base making and all the other imaginative things we used to do! I think kids lives are wasted and they dont realise it until its too late and its such a shame. At least i can say i enjoyed my younger years and my imagination is still to this day a bit mad haha!

I will sure miss many comforts and luxuries that the civilization has provided me.But if I happen to be stranded away from them I would just think God for keeping me alive at least because He must behaving His own reasons for the happening.In a way I would be relaxed and contemplate on what to do next.It would be great if I have my family with me in that situation.We will try to relive the missed moments of our life without the disturbances of the modern gadgets.

I would miss mostly my computer, my computer games and TV and books

I adore visiting tropical islands but if I go to one I will miss quite a few times. I will miss my laptop and my net book. Not having an Internet connection would be challenging. I would miss my hot bath and my warm shower. I would miss my comfortable bed and my lovely armchair. I would be in serious trouble without a supply of contact lenses. I would need my toothbrush and toothpaste. I would miss my two pet dogs. Not having a phone would be difficult to talk to anyone. I might feel lonely and I do hope I would have snorkeling stuff with me or I would miss that too.

I will miss my laptop and my Ipod.I love my laptop so much,even if it doesn't really have high specifications.I love my Ipod,even if it's a 160GB classic.my laptop is my partner in earning extra money online.my Ipod keeps me really entertained.

I would miss my independence. A lot of modern conveniences (computer, internet, bus system, convenient location to stores and doctors) help me, because of my physical challenges. The coffee shop is a place I can go to relax, the computer is a way for me to keep in touch with everyone around the world, the bus system is good for me because i can't see well enough to drive... I could not live away from civilization.
