I need car songs.

I'm making my brother a CD for christmas. I did a search, so I have got some ideas. But I can't help but think I've missed some. I already of course have hot rod lincoln, shut down, little GTO. I even got roll on down the highway, by BTO. I thought of making thunderbirds by Seger, but he's really not a Ford man. Any other ideas?

Well there are a lot of Rock here, perfect for driving, depending on if you can fit them all on a CD or two. I would definately reccommend the songs with the (*) asterisk. But there are a lot of choice here, and you will discover some other nice stuff over time.

Yea, Highway Star is awesome, but try Burn as welll, and Space Truckin' by Deep Purple. Overall though, you should try as many of them as possible, have a look at them on youtube, the songs, videos and all that....see which you think may fit.

Life is a Highway, by Tom Cochran. A couple of musicians and groups do versions of that song, including Rascal Flatts, but I like the Tom Cochran version the most. I dare anyone to listen to that song and not feel like singing at the top of their lungs as they are driving.

car songs... i used to listen to the radio when i drive. but sometimes to try some special CD would be preferable. LOL

Car songs... I suggest the songs under the game Need for speed. Totally, those songs rocks. Here's my Favorite: Nine Thou(superstars)Remix (I've heard it in NFS Most wanted. You may listen and choose what you want. There are many music playlist on the internet. You can search for your taste. Good Day sir!
