I woudn't go as far as saying they're dangerous for your health but they're not the best solution for sure. I'd recommend superfoods over multi vitamins. The main problems with vitamins(and minerals) supplement is that you sometime have to take them in really high dose because they're in a inorganic form instead of organic like in plants, so they're aren't absorbed as efficiently. Also, some multivitamins may be too high for you in a certain vitamin like vitamin A for exemple, an excess of vitamin A can cause dommage to the liver. Iron is the other main nutrient that may cause problems because of it's high toxicity. If you want to increase your vitamins and minerals intake try superfoods like spirulina, chlorella, bee pollen, goji berries, hemp seeds etc... or product based of superfoods. They're much more naturals, they're absorbed more easily and they also all contain quality complete proteins as well as phytonutrients.

Before you inform that kind of information. I suggest that you must provide a strong evidence for that kind issue. People might think that your doing a false criticism to them especially to those who are dealing with this kind of work. You are making a false accusasion.

My friend, I would suggest that you provide a proof for this issue.

Really? I actually have read this somewhere. There is a belief that getting vitamins through food only is the best way. I am unsure if this is the best way. But I take multi vitamins anyway. I also take other types of vitamins.
