guyzzz my friends orkut account got hacked!!!!

this happened just two days before my friend does not have internet connection in his house so he will only come to my home for that when he typed his orkut password its said that the password is wrong he tried to recover the password but he cant then he tried to change the passord then also he cant i think the orkut account got hacked how to delete this account???? if something bad is done with that account will my friend be responsible?????
