I saw the Super Nanny for the first time on Friday.

I rarely get a chance to watch showa on tv between 7 and 8pm! Last friday I did and decided to watch Super Nanny! I liked the show! The episode was about parents who have a 5 yr. with type 2 diabitis. Mom's father died of that disease at 46 and she worrried this would kill her son at a young age! With the help of Super Nanny the family is dealing with it better and with disiplining their children! When I get a chance aagain,I will watch it!

I have seen it a few ties but we dont really get it that much in England its on for a while and then stops for ages! I love watching it. Jo Frost is my inspriation I have took so many tips of her! My favourite way of discipling my kids is the naughty chair, this was inspired by Jo. She is such a great person! She really does transform lives!
