My fishpond project, would it bring me luck?

I am in the process of putting a fish pond in front of my house, just beside the garage. Someone said that it brings luck. But I am not into that although the luck thing is most welcome. I just like to have some goldfish to watch every now and then. They say it is therapeutic. An aquarium inside the home is better actually but it is difficult to maintain.

It seems the "Fengshui" mentions that the fishpond/spring pond will bring you luck. I don't know whether it is true or not. But it is common to see the spring ponds in front of the highscrapers and banks. If you feel confident after having the fishpond, then I think it is already good enough:) I love China

Sounds like someone has been talking to you about feng shui. Part of the luck is from the number of fish in the pond. I know there is lots of information about feng shui animals online. You will also find info about windchimes and feng shui if you are interested in that.

I have heard from a lot of people that having a fish pond and an aquarium brings good luck. Me, i don't also believe in that completely, but there is nothing wrong with having a fishpond/aquarium anywhere in the house. It is very therapeutic yes, by just watching the fishes one can feel relaxed and re-energized. My sister have an aquarium and every time i go to her house i usually watch the fishes and sometimes talk to them. They make me feel good after.

Hi, I would advise not to have a pond but if its what you want than have a fish tank. Chinese have to be very very careful if its a "dug" in pond.So usually on the safe side they brought a fish tank instead and place it on the ground. To them its really really bad luck to dig a pond. Just wanna share what I know. Oooijoey
