Grandma Minah case

had you ever heard the unique case? GrandMa Minah Case because steal three cocoa from garden belonging to PT Rumpun Sari Antan (RSA) 4 in mid August.
it was shocked you know, because she is punishment because steal only 3 cocoa ,and Anggodo and Anggoro is not yet punishment untill now even had prove want to bribe prosecutor and Police. what do you think my friend?is it fair for GrandMa Minah?

All the citizenz are equal before the law. For the stealing, Mrs. Minah has to be punished.
But the question remained is why she had to steal? I'm sure she did that because she really need it.
Laws must be enforced. But on the other side, the prosperity problem must be solved. The government have to think about it seriously.
And the government also have to be more serious to punished the corruptors.

ic. the case is irony i think. we must be sorrow for our law enforcement and the law equality.let the case of member of DPRD in many city of Indonesia who steal much money from us. so you can compare the threat our law to Grandma Minah and Anggodo or another rich person. it`s totally different

In legal spectacles, who is at fault should be punished and that
had an absolute right which can not be avoided. In our the state constitution,
the Article 28D Paragraph 1 Constitution 1945 expressly states that all are equal before the law. This means that, in law, regardless of the status of the suspect or defendant, if he is proven guilty, still must be punished
Do not you connect the case Minah grandmother with case of anggodo - anggoro. in the case anggoro - anggodo, investigation case should be held more depth. please put each case is proportional

first of all, thanks for respond in your terms as your job, lawyer. i do understand what do you mean.but iam doubt that in the fact, all of our lawyer or our LAW respect all of citizens is the same. so explain to me in your terms as lawyer about Soeharto case or some public officer in legal spectacles? they are threat like honour person even thay had to rob our money,all of indonesian money. explain it to me my friend

Well that is the world goes. If you have no money, then you simply go to jail if you make a fault, but anggodo and anggoro have much money, they can have a lawyer service that will help them in the court. While nenek minah not, anyway, that how the world goes. Sad thing isn't it
