is tapped water really just as good as bottled water?

I';m not sure the difference either. I don't drink the water here at home because we have well water and its not healthy for drinking. So we just by jugs of water and bottled water. I don't drink enough water like I should. I'm more of a soda person but after the new year i'm drinkin less soda and more water!

I think in a lot of countries they are both safe but bootled water is purer with less chemicals added to it such as chlorine. Personally I much prefer the taste of bottled water and I can even taste the difference between different types of bottled water! I also think that tap water here in my country upsets my stomach so I always drink bottle water and boil my tap water if I am going to drink it.

I think that it is. Water from the sink should be safe, but depending on where you live. If you are uncertain, then I'd say call your city's water company or something. I think that water from home is fine because it has the same benefits as other water. If you are just looking to lose weight and become liquidified, then water will do. It's doing it. I might think that some people get motivated if the water is in bottles. I would say do it, because it is worth it. I try to drink from the faucet.

I drink tap water all the time, I just use a water filter to get out all the impurities. Honestly, tap water isn't bad for you and it is much cheaper than bottled water. If you don't like the taste, just buy a water filter for $20 and you will be good to go!

I'm not sure if there is a big different or not... but it has to be just as safe. I've heard more people have got sick from contaminated water bottles... and some companys use tap water believe it or not! i only drink bottled water because to me tap and bottled water taste wicked different
