They thought filing for bankruptcy would save there house!

I know a couple who are losing their house to foreclosure and in deep debt! Main reasons are the husband isn't working and they have tons of credit card debt. They finally borrowed the money to file for bankruptcy. Filing for bankruptcy will wipe out their credit card debt but it will not save their house! It was a rude awakening! They have to out of their house by the end of the week! Sometimes people can be so naive!

They should have known that, or at least looked into it enough to figure it out. The thing is, someone probably did tell them they could keep their house if they filed. But, that person didn't know what they were talking about. People always offer advice about things like that without actually knowing for sure.

They could of overcome this but if the husband wasn't so full of himself this wouldn't be happening!
