How you keep yourself fit ,smart and healthy?

Life is going very fast, It is very hard to give some time on healthiest activities, somebody remains busy in office works, while somebody remains busy in student life tough schedule. Do you keep yourself fit and healthy? and how?

Yes, I keep myself fit and healthy for that is best gift you can give for yourself..
Firstly, I observe myself..I see what is good and not good for me by selection of what I wanted for myself and what I wanted others to see me..I accept comments and suggestions and try to improve myself more..
Second, I plan my schedules of activities to be added in my every day routines. Since I am an avid reader, I read on social issues and other topics that interests me to gain knowledge and ideas that would be helpful for me..
Third, I eat healthy foods, proper diet and eat fruits. I control myself and put limits to some foods that I know my health will be at risk.
Fourth, I exercise my body and do mind activities like puzzles..
Fifth, I always keep myself updated and never stop to research and gain knowledge beneficial for me
Lastly, If I gain good compliments, I maintain those and share it with other too so that It will be helpful to them for I had experience already..

I eat products what are made in my counntry, and eat vegetables and fruits when it can get in seasons.DOn't eat junk food.I prefere slow food.

Yes I do... always do. Even in busy days, I still mange to keep my self physically fit, smart and healthy. I sleep early and wake up early - at least 8 hours of sleep a day is good in maintaining a youthful glow skin. Drinking plenty of water 8-10 glasses, More veggies and fruits, Exercise at least 30 minutes in the morning before going to work, meditate and free your mind from any stress, talking to your pets and significant others, reading daily newspaper... and a lot more are my ways to keep and main myself physically fit, smart, and healthy. And joining mylot discussion let me search for new ideas and learn from everyone here.
