Do you help a stranger?

Hello Hazelrose, I'm glad to know that you're willing to help a stranger at your risk. You know I've had this experienced before where no one dare to help me. I was processing my paper in an embassy, and unfortunately some of my papers were incomplete and needed a signature of a witnessed, supposed it should be someone whom I know but then I beg the personnel to be signed it by anybody and she agreed. So I have to find someone who's willing to fix their signature and write their phone number to make my papers complete. I asked two guards but then they refused, then I asked the other person who's working on that building but then she refused as well. I did everything to explain that it's safe, I even read them what and why they're going to signed. But they're all afraid to help. I was really upset knowing that there so many people who won't dare to lend their hand to a stranger. I'm sorry for writing to much... anyway thank you for taking time reading this response and do enjoy your day!
