Your Opinion On This Please  

Unless they can find some reason behind his judgement that is of a criminal nature then no. If he was an honest judge that was just going by the evidence provided then he was only doing his job. We may not like their decisions or even understand it, but they are appointed for a reason. They make decisions like this everyday, hard decisions that we ourselves could never make. Their job can't be easy & I can only imagine their stress level. I wouldn't want their job no matter how much money I was paid.

Not unless the judge took money from him. Judges like the rest of the legal system are bound by the law. They let people go every day they know will be back before them. I'm sure there are alot of people that judges haven't wanted to release on society but have no choice.

The judge can't be responsible for what this guy did. He didn't shoot anyone, he didn't know what this guy was going to do, I'm sure if he had he would have followed the letter of the law to stop him.
