You know that good old saying put yourself in their shoes. Are you good at that? I am the type of person who always tries to analyze things from all perspectives and always tries to get the big picture. Even if it is as bad as murder. I hear someone murdered someone, I then think hmm I wonder what happened to them as a child, or through out their life. Is that hard or easy for you to do?

Yes, I always try to look at matters from all sides. Immediately after I graduated i started my own company with some friends, so I became The Boss, and always scolded my employees. But after being divorced, I started a new life and began a career in a big company, as an employee...and having A Boss on top of me. So, I learned my lesson, and understood why my employees behaved certain ways back then, because I'm doing it too now, you see... ! That's why ever since this experience, I always try to understand the matter from all sides, and I even try to dig as far as possible, like you said, it may be impacted by childhood traumas..etc.

Yes I have had a few of those life changing lessons happen myself. That is what life is all about. I think any wise person is good at putting their selves in other peoples shoes.
