suggest me whether to buy a DELL (or)HP LAPTOP????  

Both the laptops are very good.If you are looking for an affordable price you can opt for HP laptop because it is not much as costlier as DELL.If you are looking for a laptop of good perfomance then you can for DELL without no doubt.Now its up to you.In my view try to buy a DELL laptop because it has more functions than HP

I would suggest you go for compaq as they provide cheap but quality yea .

Personally , i prefer HP laptop

LCD panel,hp use, is better i should say , For LCD panel info
