Can you advertise on facebook with Paypal funds?

I was curious if you could advertise on Facebook with Paypal funds? I tried looking into it but it wouldn't tell me anything and I got as far as to the point of setting up an AD and I wasn't ready to set an AD up yet. So I was curious, does Facebook accept Paypal funds to pay for the advertising?

I think should not be a problem if it is in your account but if you spam in other people comment then it is not allow .
